OEM Hydraulic Cylinders
Your Reliable Supplier of OEM Hydraulic Cylinders
OEM hydraulic cylinders have no standard stock. All are custom-made from customer drawings. Parameters and precision requirements vary widely across projects, with bore sizes from 40-300 mm and working pressure at 16-35 MPa. Some drawings require mounting tolerances of ±0.05 mm and ear-lug parallelism of 0.02 mm. That’s why we closely manage machining work and double-check dimensions through the whole production process.
With over ten years of experience in OEM hydraulic cylinder manufacturing, we can offer optimization tips when your drawings lack details or carry potential risks. Take our agricultural cylinder project for Europe as an example. We reviewed the application: the cylinder runs continuous high-frequency reciprocation at 8-15 cycles per minute. The standard regular seals from the customer’s drawing would not hold up. We proactively recommended low-friction composite seals plus a 50 % wider guide band. Under identical bench test conditions, fault-free cycles rose by 60-70 % compared with the original design.
We offer highly flexible custom solutions for OEM hydraulic cylinders with adjustable materials, processes and mounting styles.

Applications of OEM Hydraulic Cylinders

Material-Handling Equipment
OEM hydraulic cylinders power material-handling equipment such as forklifts, dump trucks and aerial work platforms to perform lifting, extension, tilting and dumping movements. These material-handling machines are compact and demand precise cylinder mounting fit. Our OEM cylinders are built closely to your drawings. They bolt straight into place upon delivery with no changes to your original equipment structure, which greatly cuts your assembly time and prevents problems like abnormal noise caused by loose brackets.

Mining Equipment
OEM hydraulic cylinders power mining equipment like tunneling machines and crushers for cutting-head lifting, rotation and discharge-opening adjustment. Mining machines take constant shock and vibration, so cylinders need strong shock resistance. Standard cylinders with conventional piston rods and cylinder bottoms are prone to bent piston rods and cracked base welds under heavy impact. Our OEM cylinders feature piston rods enlarged by 20-30 % and reinforcing ribs on the cylinder bottom. This raises the piston-rod buckling safety factor to 4.5-5.0 to withstand heavy underground shock and vibration.

Metal-Forming Equipment
OEM hydraulic cylinders power metal-forming machines such as press brakes and punching presses for bending, stamping and shearing operations. These applications demand well-matched cylinder thrust. Our OEM cylinders select bore and rod diameters according to your machine’s actual forming tonnage. They deliver thrust 10-20 % above real production requirements to handle varying working conditions, without excessive thrust overcapacity.

Medical Equipment
OEM hydraulic cylinders power medical equipment such as surgical tables and dental chairs for table lifting and chair reclining movements. Medical equipment has compact internal layouts and demands close-fitting cylinder mounting. Our OEM cylinders are built closely to your equipment cavity dimensions. Bore outer diameter and mounting center distance are held to ±0.5 mm tolerance. The cylinders fit right into your pre-allocated equipment space. Hydraulic hoses install without forced bending or twisting, preventing loose fittings and oil leaks from long-term stress.

Rubber-and-Plastic Machinery
OEM hydraulic cylinders power rubber and plastic machinery like injection-molding machines for fast mold opening-closing and high-pressure mold locking. Injection-molding machines run at high temperatures, and heat easily transfers to the cylinders. So these cylinders need good heat resistance. Our OEM cylinders use FKM seals rated for up to 180 °C. Seal grooves allow enough clearance for high-temperature expansion. This stops seal rings from getting crushed by heat and lowers oil-leak risks from failed seals under hot working conditions.

Offshore Equipment
OEM hydraulic cylinders power offshore equipment such as self-elevating drilling platforms and offshore cranes for platform lifting, leg locking and crane luffing movements. Offshore environments have heavy salt-spray corrosion, so cylinders need strong corrosion resistance. Our OEM cylinders get three-layer C5-M offshore-grade paint on the outer barrel, with total coating thickness over 340 μm. All port fittings are made of 2205 duplex stainless steel. This effectively fights offshore salt-spray corrosion and avoids oil leaks caused by rust-damaged seals.
Mounting Interface and Physical Equipment Mismatch on OEM Hydraulic Cylinders
OEM cylinders sometimes suffer from mismatched mounting interfaces, so they cannot be installed on-site, which may delay your project. These problems mostly happen because drawings only show theoretical sizes and miss details like machine wear or unique built-in parts, creating mismatches between drawings and actual equipment.
To solve this problem, we will send you a mounting-interface checklist covering eye mounts, flanges, ports and the cylinder’s maximum outer envelope dimensions. After receiving your on-site measured numbers, we cross-check them against your drawings and point out any differences. We will hop on a call with you to confirm whether we manufacture per drawing dimensions or actual measured values. Production starts only with your go-ahead. Before delivery, we build simple test fixtures to copy your machine’s mounting spots. We go through the full assembly steps: fitting pins, tightening bolts and connecting hoses just as you do on your equipment — and only ship once everything works properly.

Seal-to-Hydraulic-Oil Mismatch on OEM Hydraulic Cylinders
Insufficient Cushioning Adjustment Range on OEM Hydraulic Cylinders
OEM cylinders often suffer insufficient cushion adjustment. Customers usually provide ideal no-load parameters up front. Under real loaded conditions, cylinder speed can run 5-10 % higher than reference values. Cushion length and valve adjustment ranges set from those reference figures won’t match actual working conditions, causing loud metal-impact noise.
With this concern in mind, we will collect your machine’s maximum operating speed, flow rate and pressure fluctuations. We set cushion length with an extra 20 % margin above your given top speed to prevent insufficient cushion travel during actual operation. We also pick cushion structures to fit your conditions. For general use, we supply 5-6 turns of usable adjustable cushion travel. For heavily-varying loads, we fit self-adjusting floating cushion rings, which handle variable speeds from 8-15 cycles per minute for smooth deceleration under both light and heavy loads. This application-based selection approach fundamentally reduces poor cushioning and impact noise.
