We are more than a custom hydraulic cylinder supplier, we act as your hydraulic engineering department based in China. Unlike most manufacturers who simply build to drawings, we also review and check with you about the application environment, materials, sealing solutions and chrome plating designs, to make sure the cylinders you receive perform out of your expectations.
After receiving your drawings, we clarify all technical requirements including dimensions, tolerances, welding symbols and surface treatment processes, and check whether the drawings can go straight into production. For example, we verify the width and depth of relief grooves to see if they fit cutting tools, and check whether weld grooves are easy for welding. We cross-check key mounting dimensions with you. For hydraulic cylinders with complex structures, we also provide screenshots of 3D models for your confirmation to prevent assembly issues later. We manufacture finished hydraulic cylinders strictly in accordance with your drawings, ready for direct use. Any modifications to the drawings require your written confirmation, and we will not alter any dimensions without your approval.
Our CNC workshop specializes in machining various precision mating parts for hydraulic cylinders, including pistons, cylinder heads, guide sleeves, rod eyes, flanges and fittings. Our CNC lathes can process rotary parts with a maximum outer diameter of 400 mm and a length up to 2 meters. When machining slender shafts, we use lathes with steady rests to keep straightness error within 0.03 mm per meter. Machining centers perform milling and drilling, with hole position accuracy up to ±0.05 mm. This workshop is suitable for high-mix, low-volume production of custom hydraulic cylinder parts. During production, we inspect parts with professional measuring equipment such as micrometers and CMMs to maintain stable precision across batches.
Before delivery, we run a full set of hydraulic pressure tests on every hydraulic cylinder. The tests include pressure resistance, breakaway pressure, full stroke and dedicated cushion test items. We inspect the cylinder for leakage, smooth operation and cushion performance. All test data will be recorded in inspection reports. If you need this, we can also run special tests for special working conditions, such as high-temperature oil or specified tilt angles. Our test bench achieves a maximum output pressure of 35 MPa and a maximum oil supply flow rate of 200 litres per minute, meeting the testing requirements for most construction and industrial hydraulic cylinders.
We can customize export packaging solutions according to your cylinder size, weight and surface treatment processes. For small cylinders, we wrap them with VCI anti-rust paper and plastic film before placing them into plywood crates. We secure medium cylinders with steel frames or metal boxes. For extra-long, large-bore cylinders, we use open steel frames with rubber protective pads and waterproof tarpaulins. For sea shipments, we boost rust protection with anti-rust grease and enough desiccants. Our wooden packaging has IPPC heat-treatment marks to meet international quarantine and customs requirements. Documents including packing lists and inspection reports are sealed separately inside waterproof bags. Sea, air or land transport options are available. We work with professional freight forwarders to take care of booking, customs declaration and trucking. After production finishes, we will send you photos and videos of the packed cylinders. We won’t arrange shipment until we get your confirmation.
