Share your drawing, specs, ideas, we review dimensions, pressure requirements, mounting, sealing system and application conditions before quotation.

We check all details of drawings, confirm details like mounting, working environments, check if the sealing and cylinder materials are appropriate.

Quotation
We provide a formal quotation based on confirmed drawings, materials, batch size, trade terms, shipping methods and delivery schedule.

Sample / Prototype
We manufacture a prototype cylinder according to finalized drawings for performance, details and quality verification.

Sample Approval
You test and validate the prototype; we adjust design if any optimization is needed before mass run.

Mass Production
We launch full batch production under strict process control once sample gets your formal approval.

Inspection & Test
Every finished cylinder goes through dimension check and hydraulic pressure test with test records available.

Information Required for Quote
First we need to receive your drawing with basic cylinder specifications include bore diameter, rod diameter, stroke, retracted length, working pressure and maximum pressure.
Other informations like mounting types (clevis, cross tube, flange, trunnion spherical bearing, pin mounting etc), port types, size, position (BSP/NPT/SAE/Metric) are needed too.
We will also ask the working environment to see if they are working in high humid, dust and high salt spray environments under high load and frequency. We evaluate your design with these information.
No Complete Drawing? We Can Still Help
We understand you may not have the drawing, especially when it is for equipment upgrade or existing product replacement.
In this case, you can send me some basic dimensions indicated in the photo. Please also send us the photo of the existing cylinder.
For construction machine cylinders like excavators, you can tell us the machine model, machine name plate, we can also locate all the details for production.
MOQ & Trial Orders
We are happy to start from the development phase with you until you launch your equipment successfully, so if you need only one or a few pieces in the beginning, we can be a good partner.

Packaging & International Shipping
We do careful packing to protect piston rod, port from being rusted and damaged during shipping, then pack the cylinders in plywood cases with pallets
Hydraulic cylinders are large and heavy, so they are mainly shipped by sea. We also ship by rail to customers in west asia like Turkey and customers in Europe. The cost is higher than sea shipping but saves a lot of time. This is very useful for projects that need the hydraulic cylinders on site in time.
For sample orders, we also use DHL / Fedex and air freight which is much more expensive and need special certificates required by airport, they need to check if the cylinder is oil-free and without high pressure inside the tube.

Our real service starts from the date you receive the hydraulic cylinder from us. If you received the cylinder and find following problems, you will be covered by us:

Assembly defects
Just send us order number, photos and videos of the defect. We will do engineering analysis, find the cause and provide you the corrective solution. Corrective solutions include but not limited: providing replacement parts, repair guidance, replacement cylinders, refund.

Questions & Answers
Can I order only one custom hydraulic cylinder?
Yes, you can order one hydraulic cylinder.
Please understand if it's a mini hydraulic cylinder, fully customized, the cost will be much higher than in batches because we need to prepare and process each part. The label cost will be much more than the materials. But we do this for customers if you need a sample to verify quality, for engineering testing and replacement verification.
Can you manufacture according to my drawing?
Yes, we manufacture hydraulic cylinders according to your drawing. This is the main part of our business.
Can you copy an existing hydraulic cylinder?
Yes, we can copy an existing hydraulic cylinder. Just send us the images and video of the cylinder and measure the key dimensions follow our instrustions.
If you send us the cylinder sample, we can check all details like plating thickness, material, surface treatment and make the cylinder 99% the same as original.
Can I test a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes you can test a sample before bulk order. We have many customers work with us in this way. They order one or a few piece samples to test quality and for small batch testing.
Can you manufacture cylinders under my brand?
Yes, we do OEM hydraulic cylinders, we can manufacture under your brand, with your brand name on the cylinder.
Do you pressure-test every hydraulic cylinder?
Yes, each of our hydraulic cylinders are pressure tested under 1.5X designed pressure. Unlike some low standard factories who use air to test, we test with hydraulic oil.
Can you ship directly to my country?
We can ship to most countries in the world. Please contact us and tell me your country, we can recommend the most appropriate shipping method considering your budget and required date.
What happens if the cylinder has a quality problem?
Don't worry, If you received the cylinder and find following problems, you will be covered by us: 1) manufacturing defects. 2) material defects. 3) assembly defects
