Available Shipping Methods
We tailor the most suitable shipping methods to different customers. If you are in West Asia, East Europe, truck or rail transport can save the long time of sea shipping without increasing shipping freight too much.
If you need the cylinders very urgently, we can also arrange air shipping but that requires additional certifications on oil-free to make sure no oils inside the cylinders. Airport will also check that there is no high-pressure inside the cylinder because hydraulic cylinders are shipped with oil ports closed. That will take additional time and cost, not recommended in general.
Lead Time: Production and Delivery
You place the order today and can’t wait to receive them tomorrow. Please keep in mind the delivery time always include two parts in general: the time for production after order confirmation, the time for shipping preparation (match vessels or flights) and actual shipping time on the sea.
For replacement cylinders like NFPA tie-rod cylinders or excavator cylinders, you just tell us the model number, for example, Yanmar VIO50-6A, we can prepare them in 3-5days as we have some standard parts.
For fully customized cylinders, it normally takes 30-40days as we need to check and confirm drawings, technical details, manufacturing, inspection, test and packing.
Shipping can take 20-60days depends on if we ship by air, truck, rail or sea and also depends on far you are from us.
Protective Packaging for Hydraulic Cylinder Shipping
We pack your hydraulic cylinders carefully according to their sizes, weight, surface finishing and how will they be transported. Before packing, we protect the oil ports and machined surfaces like piston rods. For the oversized cylinders which can’t be put in containers, we will secure them on reinforced pallets and plywood cases with shipping marks.

How Is the Shipping Cost Calculated?
There is not an easy way or formular to calculate the shipping costs under different situations. It depends on the final packed dimensions, gross weight, box numbers, destinations, freight methods and delivery terms. Please send us drawings, quantities, destination port or city so we can quote for you.
